Do I need anything extra or accommodations?

Sometimes there are fumes that come off of the spray paint so you will want to make sure the area is large enough or has enough ventilation to accommodate the fumes.

What is the recommended amount of time to book the graffiti artist?

2-4 hour blocks of time. This will change depending on how the size of the art and also what you would like him to capture.
